Job Role Introduction

As a Client Servicing Manager, you are a dynamic person who enjoys cross border communication as you will be working with our clients and partners from across Asia Pacific, North America, Europe and Middle East, Africa and Russia. Our servicing team are known globally as one of the most responsible and joyful to work with, so you know you will be working with the best people. You will continue to build on the tradition of providing the best service where we deliver a fast press release distribution service to the public relations, marketing communications, and digital sectors.

Media OutReach is a SAAS technology company and the high standard of our delivery and reporting are created by our proprietary technology. You would be an expert of our system and you would have attention to details as you would be reviewing the releases that are submitted for distribution before final distribution.  As part of the leadership team, you would be managing the team.

Job Descriptions

  • Daily management including execution and assignment of team members work to ensure full understanding and satisfactory completion

  • Provides training, guidance, and support to your team members

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients

  • Offer advice to existing and new clients on distribution services

  • Work with other Team Leaders to develop strategies for improving customer experience and process

  • Provides support to sales team

  • Assists with onboarding and training of new employees

Job Requirements

  • Must be a university graduate with over 5 years of experience in the customer service industry preferable in the media, digital agency, or public relations agency

  • Has strong verbal and written communication in English

  • Has high level of accountability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Is customer oriented, patient, organized and proactive. A fast learner

  • Has strong attention to details

  • Has calm, polite, and professional behaviour

  • Has excellent interpersonal and relationship building and problem-solving skills

  • Has strong proficiency in Internet and PC software, esp. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
